Job Description

Prepare authentic Kerala dishes with consistent taste and quality.

Handle daily preparation of Kerala meals, curries, biriyani, snacks and other traditional dishes.

Follow standard recipes, portion sizes and hygiene practices.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.

Manage food preparation efficiently during busy hours and bulk orders.

Ensure proper storage and minimize food wastage.

Support menu preparation and introduce traditional Kerala flavours when required.
