Job Description
CRM Coordinator – Real Estate
Golden Creek Homes is hiring a CRM Coordinator to manage CRM operations, lead allocation, MIS reporting, and coordination between Sales, Presales, and Marketing teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage CRM data and lead allocation.
- Track leads, follow-ups, site visits, and bookings.
- Prepare daily and monthly MIS reports.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Management teams.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 6months to 1 years of CRM/MIS experience.
- Good knowledge of Excel and CRM software
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
