1. ATHER – Voice Process
Eligibility Criteria:
- Languages: Good communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory.
- Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate.
- Experience: 50% Freshers and 50% Experienced Candidates.
- Communication: Candidates must possess good verbal communication skills.
Salary Details:
- CTC: ₹23,000 per month
- Take-Home Salary: ₹22,000per month
Training Start Date: 20th July
Hiring Focus: Candidates with good communication skills who are willing to work in a voice process.
2. APOLLO – Insurance Process
Eligibility Criteria:
- Languages: Good English communication skills along with any one regional language.
- Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of hardcore sales experience is mandatory.
- Sales Background: Candidates must have relevant hands-on sales experience.
Salary Details:
- CTC: ₹25,000 per monthTake-Home Salary: ₹24,000 per month
