Location: Field & Office Hybrid (Requires local travel)

Role OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Experience and CA&R team. This role will provide essential operational support during team weekly offs and leaves, ensuring uninterrupted service for our customers. A significant portion of this role involves hands-on, high-touch resolution of complex customer issues, including home visits for escalated cases.



• Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Resolution & Support: Act as the primary point of contact during team weekly offs and planned leaves, maintaining service continuity and managing customer inquiries.
• On-Site & Escalated Issue Resolution: Visit customers at their homes for high-priority escalated cases to assess, understand, and resolve issues firsthand.
• Feedback Collection: Gather insights during field visits to help the internal team improve processes and service quality.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal support teams to drive end-to-end resolution for complex customer cases.
• Key RequirementsLanguage Proficiency: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada (spoken communication is essential for effective customer home visits).
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• High level of empathy and comfort with direct, face-to-face customer interactions.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel locally approximately twice a week for customer visits.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to handling difficult situations.
