Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls in a professional manner
- Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively and promptly
- Provide accurate information
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Follow company guidelines, scripts, and quality standards
- Customer Service
- Take calls and help the customers who call
- Solve the queries
- Support them and give solutions
- Good Customer service required
- Be polite and friendly
Additional Attraction
- CTC 3 to 3 .5 LPA + 10 % of CTC as variable.
- Breakfast, Lunch, and evening snacks will be provided at office.
- 6 days working and 1 day will be weekly rotational off.
- Shift will be rotational - 9 Hours working window
