Customer Support & Operations Executive
NOTE: Apply only under degree candidates. BTECH, MBA people are not preferred.
Requirements:
Language Proficiency: English, Hindi, and any regional language.
Education: 12th grade or higher.
Experience: Open to freshers and experienced candidates.
Skills:
Basic computer knowledge.
Male: Rotational day/night shifts; Female: Day shifts only.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Customer handling, query resolution, and escalation management.
Basic location knowledge.
