About the RoleWe are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with 2 years of hands-on experience to plan, run and improve our online marketing. You will help grow our brand, generate quality leads and improve return on ad spend across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities Paid Campaigns

• Plan, run and optimise campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Facebook and Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Manage budgets, bids and targeting, and run A/B tests to lower cost per lead.

SEO and Content

• Do keyword research and on-page and off-page SEO to improve organic rankings.
• Work with writers and designers on blogs, landing pages, social posts and creatives.

Social Media and Email

• Manage the content calendar and grow our social media channels.
• Run email and WhatsApp campaigns and manage audience lists.

Analytics and Reporting

• Track performance in Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console and ad dashboards.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports with clear insights and suggestions.

Lead Generation

• Build landing pages and funnels that turn visitors into leads.
• Coordinate with the sales team on lead quality and follow-up.
• Keep up with digital trends and competitor activity.
• Required Skills and QualificationsGraduate in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Good knowledge of SEO and tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs or similar.
• Working knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Experience with an email marketing tool such as Mailchimp or HubSpot.
• Good written and spoken communication in English / Hindi / Kannada.
• Analytical mindset and comfort with numbers and reports.
• Good to HaveGoogle Ads, GA4, HubSpot or Meta Blueprint certification.
• Basic design skills (Canva or Figma) or video editing.
