Execute the digital marketing plan for Vaishno Group projects.
Position the project as a premium development.
Coordinate marketing campaigns with the sales team.
Support controlled inventory release and price revision campaigns.
2. Lead Generation
Generate quality enquiries through:
Google Ads
Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
YouTube
LinkedIn (corporate branding)
Property portals
Improve lead quality instead of only increasing lead quantity.
Track campaign performance and cost per qualified lead.
3. Social Media Management
Prepare monthly content calendar.
Publish:
Project updates
Infrastructure progress
Customer testimonials
Drone videos
Lifestyle content
Festival greetings
Educational real estate posts
Respond to comments and messages promptly.
4. Website Management
Keep project information updated.
Improve SEO.
Upload blogs and news.
Ensure enquiry forms work properly.
Monitor website traffic and conversions.

Coordinate with designers and photographers to create:
