Key Responsibilities

•Design LT control panels including Electrical, PLC, MCC & VFD systems as per project requirements.

•Review all prepared drawings and verify as per project and client requirements.

•Assist in preparing Bill of materials and alternative options to meet project goals.

•Validate all the Power and Control documents to ensure it is as per the requirement.

•Create test documents and final drawings aligned with manufactured products.

•Verify wiring connections to breakers, transformers, and other components.

•Supervise junior engineers and production teams to ensure timely panel completion.

•Conduct functional testing and generate performance reports.

•Support dispatch and assist remotely during site installations.

•Collaborate with other departments (e.g., procurement, construction) to ensure seamless integration of designs into overall project plans.

•Draft terminal block (TB) details and end connection diagrams.

•Prepare SLD and GA drawings for pre-order technical support.

•Design system architecture for PLC-based control systems.

•Ensure timely closure of reports and updates to internal teams and clients.

•Train subordinates from basic to advanced levels to manage multiple projects.

Required Qualifications & Skills

•Diploma or BE in Electrical & Electronics (EEE) or Electronics & Instrumentation (E&I).

•5+ years of hands-on experience in control panel design and execution.

•Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and related tools.

•Expertise in AutoCAD and AutoCAD Electrical.

•Strong grasp of electrical circuits and switchgear systems.

•Creative problem-solving and system design capabilities.

•Effective communicator with team members and clients.

•Good understanding of PLCs and control logic sequences.

•Familiarity with VFDs, motors, and instrumentation signals.

•Exposure to major PLC brands and HMI/SCADA platforms (Siemens, Allen-Bradley).

•Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
