Electrical Technical Supervisor
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Electrical Technical Supervisor to supervise electrical activities, coordinate site teams, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to technical standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily electrical installation and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate electricians, technicians, contractors, and site teams.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety, quality, and technical standards.
- Read and understand electrical drawings, layouts, and specifications.
- Identify technical issues and provide timely solutions.
- Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment required for site work.
- Maintain daily work records and prepare progress reports.
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, and other departments.
- Ensure projects are completed on time with minimum rework and wastage.
- RequirementsQualification: Diploma / ITI / BE in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 2–3+ years in electrical supervision or related work.
- Good knowledge of electrical installation, maintenance, and safety practices.
- Ability to lead and coordinate a technical team.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and technical documents.
