Job Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries and complaints through email.
  • Respond to customer emails professionally and within the defined TAT.
  • Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions.
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution whenever required.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
