Job Description
Facility ExecutiveLocation: Bangalore
Work Mode: Work from Office
We are looking for a Facility Executive to manage the day-to-day office facilities and ensure a smooth workplace experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage housekeeping, pantry, security, maintenance, and office upkeep.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Act as the single point of contact for facility-related issues and escalations.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and timely resolution of maintenance issues.
- Manage facility supplies, inventory, and basic administrative requirements.
- Support office events and other facility-related activities.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–10 years of experience in facilities/administration/office management.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong ownership and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage escalations independently.
