Job Profile: Sales Associate (Two-Wheeler Electrical Vehicle)

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to drive customer acquisition, lead conversion, and daily deployments through outbound and inbound sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls and generate leads.
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Manage follow-ups and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Explain products, services, and pricing clearly to customers.
- Update CRM with accurate lead details, call notes, and outcomes.
- Coordinate with the Yard Officer for smooth customer onboarding.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Daily deployments and lead management.
- Lead-to-conversion ratio.
- Follow-up efficiency and sales target achievement.
