Finance Manager

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Finance Manager to oversee the company's financial operations, accounting activities, cash flow management, budgeting, taxation and financial reporting. The candidate should ensure financial discipline, statutory compliance and effective financial controls across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities1. Financial Management

• Manage day-to-day financial operations and accounting activities.
• Monitor cash flow, fund requirements and working capital.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and MIS reports.
• Develop budgets, financial forecasts and expense-control measures.
• Monitor project-wise revenue, expenses and profitability.

2. Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Oversee vendor payments and invoice processing.
• Monitor customer collections and outstanding receivables.
• Ensure timely reconciliation of vendor and customer accounts.
• Review payment schedules and cash requirements.

3. Taxation & Statutory Compliance

• Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants and statutory authorities.
• Ensure timely filing of returns and payment of statutory dues.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

4. Internal Financial Controls

• Establish and implement finance and accounting SOPs.
• Monitor petty cash, expense claims and employee reimbursements.
• Ensure proper approval processes and financial authorization limits.
• Identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions.

5. Team & Management Coordination

• Manage and guide the Accounts & Finance team.
• Coordinate with HR, Procurement, Operations and Project teams.
• Present financial performance reports to senior management.
• Support management in financial planning and decision-making.
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management.
• Expertise in GST, TDS, taxation and statutory compliance.
• Experience in budgeting, cash flow and working capital management.
• Vendor payment and receivables management.
• Financial reporting and MIS preparation.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Experience with Tally, ERP or accounting software.
• Leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Candidate RequirementsBachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance or Accounting.
• CA Inter / CMA / MBA Finance preferred.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
• Experience in construction, infrastructure, commercial interiors or project-based industries preferred.
• Ability to independently manage financial operations and reporting.
