Job Description
A gold loan sales telecaller makes outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads, explain financial products backed by gold assets, and convert inquiries into loan applications in Bengaluru. [1, 2]
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Call database contacts and open-market leads to pitch gold loan schemes.
- Customer Education: Explain interest rates, loan-to-value (LTV) ratios, repayment terms, and documentation rules.
- Branch Coordination: Transfer qualified leads to local branch or field officers for doorstep or in-branch gold appraisal and final closure.
- Data Tracking: Log call outcomes, fix follow-up reminders, and update the CRM database daily. [1, 2]
