Job Description
HR Intern
We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. This role offers hands‑on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee data management, and HR projects. The intern will work closely with HR professionals to learn best practices and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Location : Bengaluru
Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job ads and screening resumes.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system.
- Help organize employee engagement events and training sessions.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Requirements
- No prior experience required; entry‑level candidate.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
