Experience: 2–5 Years
Industry: Souharda Co-operative Society / Banking
Job Responsibilities:
- Recruitment, onboarding & HR operations
- Payroll, attendance & leave management
- PF, ESIC, PT & statutory compliance
- Employee relations & HR documentation
- HR policies, appraisals & reporting
Requirements:
- Experience in Souharda Co-operative Society / Co-operative Banking preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and labour laws.
- Good communication and MS Excel skills.
Qualification: MBA HR / MSW / Relevant Degree
