Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to own hiring end-to-end across Arctic Engines. This is not a narrow recruiting role you’ll work across sourcing, screening, candidate management, interview coordination, onboarding, and hiring operations.

You’ll work closely with the founding team and business leaders, building hiring pipelines for different roles as the company scales. The role is high-ownership and high-variety, and will evolve based on the needs of the business.

What You'll Do

• Build and manage hiring pipelines across multiple roles simultaneously.
• Source candidates through Tally forms, referrals, job boards, and other channels.
• Screen candidates and coordinate the initial evaluation process.
• Draft and manage candidate communications, including outreach, screening updates, interview coordination, offers, and rejections.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and feedback with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate hiring trackers, spreadsheets, and pipeline dashboards.
• Ensure candidates have a smooth and timely experience throughout the hiring process.
• Support onboarding coordination for selected candidates.
• Identify bottlenecks in the hiring process and proactively improve execution.
• Support ad hoc operations, GTM, and business initiatives as required.
• Take ownership of tasks from start to finish and follow through without requiring constant supervision.

What We're Looking For

• 0–1 year of experience; freshers are welcome to apply.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Hindi is preferred.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, forms, trackers, and basic productivity tools.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and figuring things out independently.
• A proactive, high-ownership mindset you don't wait to be told every next step.
