HR Recruiter

Job Description: HR Recruiter (Internal Hiring Only)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to identify suitable candidates, and experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer rollout.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate salary expectations and coordinate offer letters.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Prepare recruitment reports and track key hiring metrics.
• Coordinate with the HR team for joining formalities and onboarding.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar platforms.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email communication, and recruitment tracking systems.
