HR Recruiter

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

1) Understand Job Requirements: 

Understand the required skills, qualifications, experience, and salary range.

2) Source Candidates:

Search for candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and recruitment databases.

(Build and maintain a candidate pipeline).

3) Screen Resumes:

Review CVs/resumes and shortlist candidates according to the job requirements.

(Check qualifications, experience, skills, and career history).

4) Conduct Initial Interviews:

Conduct phone screening.

(Assess communication skills, experience, interest, salary expectations, and availability).

5) Coordinate Interviews: 

Schedule interviews as per the schedule to shortlisted candidates

(Communicate interview details and collect feedback).

6) Candidate Follow-up: 

Keep candidates informed about the recruitment process.

Handle candidate questions and maintain a good coordination with candidates.

Onboarding Coordination, Follow up with selected candidates until their joining date.

7) Maintain Recruitment and Candidate Records
