Job SummaryWe are looking for an energetic and target-oriented EdTech Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our growing EdTech business. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating and closing candidates, particularly for BDE/BDA, Inside Sales, Academic Counsellor, Telecaller, Customer Support and other EdTech roles.

• Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand manpower requirements from hiring managers and business teams.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media and other channels.
• Conduct initial screening and telephonic interviews.
• Assess candidates based on communication skills, experience, stability and role suitability.
• Handle bulk/volume hiring for sales and counselling positions.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates until joining.
• Negotiate offers and ensure successful candidate closures.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.
• Maintain recruitment MIS covering sourcing, interviews, selections, offers and joining.
• Build a ready pipeline for future hiring requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate with HR/Operations teams for documentation and onboarding.
• Required Skills1–4 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
• EdTech recruitment experience preferred.
• Experience in bulk hiring / volume recruitment will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment portals.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Good candidate relationship and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.

CompensationSalary: ₹3.0 LPA – ₹6.0 LPA + Incentives

(Depending on experience, EdTech exposure and recruitment performance.)
