Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive – Pre-Sales to handle buyer enquiries, understand customer requirements, follow up with prospective buyers, and schedule qualified property site visits.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming buyer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, property portals and other lead sources.
- Understand buyer requirements such as budget, location, property type and purchase timeline.
- Suggest suitable resale properties based on buyer requirements.
- Regularly follow up with prospective buyers and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Qualify genuine and serious buyers.
- Schedule and coordinate property site visits with the Field Sales Executive.
- Follow up with customers after site visits and collect feedback.
- Re-engage old and inactive buyer leads.
- Maintain and update all buyer enquiries and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the Inventory and Field Sales teams regarding property availability and buyer requirements.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, qualified buyers and site visits.
