We are looking for a Finishing & Design Execution Engineer with strong architectural detailing and site execution experience to join our design team.

The candidate will be responsible for translating architectural and interior design concepts into detailed drawings, specifications and site execution, while ensuring that the final work reflects the design intent, quality standards and material specifications.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with the Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants and Site Teams for design development and execution.
• Prepare and review architectural working drawings, detail drawings and finishing details.
• Develop details for:
• Flooring and wall finishes
• Stone and marble works
• Tile layouts
• False ceilings
• Doors and windows
• Joinery and architectural elements
• Staircases and railings
• Toilet and kitchen finishes
• Feature walls
• Façade elements
• Landscape-related architectural details
• Ensure all drawings are accurate, coordinated and construction-ready.
• Prepare detailed material specifications, finish schedules and material palettes.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for material samples, mock-ups and execution details.
• Review samples and mock-ups and ensure they match the approved design intent.
• Conduct regular site visits and quality inspections.
• Identify discrepancies between drawings and site conditions and coordinate necessary design solutions.
• Ensure correct levels, dimensions, alignments, joints, proportions and finishing tolerances.
• Coordinate architectural finishes with structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and other services.
• Review shop drawings submitted by contractors and vendors.
• Assist architects in resolving technical and construction-related design issues.
• Prepare snag lists, monitor rectification and ensure final finishing quality.
• Maintain updated drawings and communicate revisions clearly to the site team.
• Assist in material selection and evaluation based on aesthetics, quality, durability and constructability.
• Coordinate with suppliers and fabricators to develop custom architectural elements.
• Participate in design review meetings and provide practical construction inputs.
• Required QualificationsB.Arch / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related qualification.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in architectural design, interior execution, finishing or design coordination.
• Strong understanding of architectural construction and finishing materials.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and architectural detailing.
• Working knowledge of SketchUp / Revit / Adobe Photoshop / MS Office will be an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
