Job Title: Juice, Shake, Sandwich & Burger Maker

We are looking for an experienced Juice, Shake, Sandwich & Burger Maker for our restaurant/café.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare all types of fresh juices, fruit juices and specialty juices and burger and sandwiches
• Prepare milkshakes, thick shakes, smoothies, lassi and other beverages.
• Prepare veg & non-veg sandwiches, grilled sandwiches and club sandwiches.
• Prepare and assemble veg & non-veg burgers.
• Handle juicer, blender, mixer, sandwich griller, burger griller and other equipment.
• Complete daily mise en place and maintain proper ingredient storage.
• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, portion size and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and equipment.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and recipe standards.
• Control food wastage and maintain proper stock usage.
• Handle orders efficiently during busy hours and coordinate with the kitchen team.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in restaurant, café, QSR or juice bar preferred.
• Should have good knowledge of juices, milkshakes, sandwiches and burgers.
• Should be able to work independently and handle the complete section.
• Good speed, hygiene and teamwork required.
• Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends and holidays.
