Job Description
- Assist senior kitchen staff with daily food preparation and know basic knife skills
- Should be able to read, understand and follow kitchen SOPs
- Should be able to learn to operate basic commercial kitchen equipment such as food processor, fryer, gas operated range, oven, grill, microwave, etc.
- Assist in setting up and replenishing the kitchen line during service.
- Should be open to learn and work in different sections of the kitchen when required.
- Assist with live counter operations and food assembly during busy service periods.
