Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing Indian, Chinese, Rolls, dishes, maintain kitchen hygiene, and ensure consistent food quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to restaurant standards.
Ensure all food items are prepared in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times.
Check freshness of ingredients and manage stock rotation.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards (FSSAI guidelines).
Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Assist in menu planning, portion control, and waste reduction.
Handle kitchen equipment responsibly and report any maintenance issues.
Look into customer needs and prepare accordingly
