Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and hands-on Marketing & Brand Strategist to strengthen our brand presence, drive customer engagement, generate quality leads, and support business growth.

The role will work closely with the Head of Marketing & Sales and take ownership of marketing initiatives from strategy and planning through execution and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and brand strategies aligned with business goals.
• Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Manage social media, content calendars, website content, blogs, email, and customer communication.
• Develop engaging content such as reels, videos, case studies, testimonials, and brand stories.
• Coordinate Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and lead-generation activities.
• Track campaign performance, lead quality, conversions, and marketing ROI.
• Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify new opportunities.
• Coordinate with designers, agencies, freelancers, Sales, Operations, and other internal teams.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and identity across all customer touchpoints.
• Support partnerships, referral programs, events, and other brand-building initiatives.
• Take ownership of campaign timelines and ensure timely execution.
• Prepare marketing reports and provide insights to improve campaign performance.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in marketing, brand management, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of brand building, digital marketing, social media, and content marketing.
• Hands-on experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
• Good understanding of lead generation, performance marketing, and marketing analytics.
• Strong creative thinking combined with an analytical and results-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and project-management skills.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.
• Comfortable working hands-on rather than only in an advisory role.
