About: The best properties are seeking a telemarketer to manage and drive sales for projects
located in Hosur, HSR Layout.
Job Specification:
Location: Bangalore
Age: 20-30
Experience:1-2 years of experience in tele-calling (preferably real estate sales)
Educational qualification: PUC/Graduate.
Skills required: Soft Skills, Excellent Communication, and convincing skills, MS Office.
Language: English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam
Roles and responsibilities:
I. Handling inbound and outbound calls and providing details regarding projects.
II. Explain project features, pricing, and offers to potential buyers.
III. Convince customers to visit project sites for further discussions.
IV. Follow up with the interested clients and nurture client relationships.
V. Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and follow-ups.
VI. Coordinate with the sales team to schedule and confirm the site visit.
VII. Address customer queries and provide necessary information
