Job Summary

The Relationship Manager – Online (Digital RM) bridges technology and financial services. This role focuses on digitally onboarding, managing, and scaling a remote portfolio of independent wealth partners. Operating as an online-first advisor, you will leverage digital communication tools and CRM data to accelerate partner productivity, drive platform adoption, and expand overall Assets Under Management (AUM). 

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Onboarding & Enablement

● Own and execute the digital onboarding journey for newly registered financial advisors and wealth partners.

● Conduct virtual platform walkthroughs, webinars, and training sessions to drive immediate tool adoption.

● Educate partners on navigating portfolio analytics, automated client reports, and built-in marketing features.

2. Remote Account Management & Engagement

● Manage a dedicated, high-volume online portfolio of partners via video calls, phone, and digital chat applications.

● Track weekly partner engagement metrics to proactively identify and re-engage dormant or low-performing accounts.

● Serve as the primary virtual liaison to resolve operational bottlenecks by coordinating with internal Tech, Operations, and Finance teams.

3. Business Growth & Revenue Scaling

● Act as a growth consultant, helping partners spot expansion opportunities within their existing client books.

● Pitch new product launches, structural platform upgrades, and financial campaigns to boost partner transaction volumes.

● Guide partners on diversifying their offerings across Mutual Funds, Corporate FDs, Insurance, and structured products to raise platform AUM.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

● Experience: 1 to 4 years of experience in digital relationship management, inside sales, or client success within Fintech, Wealth-tech, Banking, or Brokerage firms.

● Financial Acumen: Foundational understanding of retail financial instruments (Mutual Funds, Equity, and Insurance products).

● Technical Skills: High proficiency with CRM software, data tracking systems, and online communication suites (Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp Business).

● Communication: Exceptional verbal and written proficiency in English and Hindi to articulate financial concepts clearly over remote channels.
