Rental Team Manager

Agarwal Estates is looking for a proactive and target-driven Rental Team Manager to lead the rental team, drive business growth, achieve revenue targets, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and monitor team performance.
• Achieve monthly rental business and revenue targets.
• Manage leads, follow-ups, property visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Build strong relationships with property owners and tenants.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain updated property listings on CRM, 99acres, and MagicBricks.
• Monitor team productivity, conversion rates, and brokerage collections.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company processes.

Requirements:

• Experience managing at least 5 direct reportees.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Target-oriented with a focus on business growth.
• Willingness to travel across Bengaluru for property visits and client meetings.
• Real estate rental or leasing experience is preferred.
• Candidates from sales, hospitality, or other customer-facing industries are welcome.
• Knowledge of Kannada and having a two-wheeler are an advantage.
