Experience: 2–5 Years in QSR / Restaurant

Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma (10 and +2)

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the restaurant
• Lead, motivate, and manage the restaurant team to achieve business targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain Burger King brand standards.
• Drive sales, profitability, and operational performance.
• Monitor food quality, hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Manage inventory, stock control, wastage, and cost management.
• Prepare staff schedules and ensure optimum manpower deployment.
• Train and develop team members for better performance.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints effectively.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements.
• Analyze daily/weekly business reports and take corrective actions.
