Job Title: Sales Associate
Location: HRBR Layout, Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore

TCI Nexus Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing real estate proptech company, founded in 2023 by three NMIMS post graduates, we’re on a mission to democratize access to premium real estate investments by offering curated, risk-assessed, and high-value opportunities with Grade A+ developers across India. Founded in 2023, we’ve rapidly scaled across major metro cities by generating Sales of over ₹100 Crs YOY.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients to understand their real estate
investment needs and business objectives.
2. Provide detailed product knowledge, market insights to support client decision-making.
3. Coordinate with internal teams including sales, operations, and developers.
4. Assist in negotiation and closure support by addressing client queries and preparing required documentation.
5. Manage and update CRM systems with client interaction details and sales progress.
