About the Role

We are looking for confident, ambitious and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our sales team and help customers enroll in our live Affiliate Marketing and Digital Marketing Mentorship Programs.

The role involves speaking with interested leads, understanding their goals, explaining the mentorship program, handling objections and converting qualified prospects into paid students.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with warm and interested leads through calls and WhatsApp.

• Understand the prospect's background, goals, budget and requirements.

• Explain our Affiliate Marketing and Digital Marketing mentorship programs clearly.

• Conduct sales calls and online consultations with potential students.

• Handle objections related to price, trust, time, results and learning.

• Follow up consistently with leads until they make a decision.

• Maintain accurate lead and sales records in CRM/Google Sheets.

• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

• Coordinate with the counselling and onboarding team after successful enrollment.

• Maintain professional communication and build trust with prospects.

• Continuously improve sales performance through call reviews, training and feedback.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong communication and convincing skills.

• Comfortable speaking in Hindi and English.

• Prior experience in sales, telecalling, counselling or EdTech sales is preferred.

• Ability to confidently handle sales objections.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Good follow-up discipline.

• Comfortable speaking with customers over phone and WhatsApp.

• Basic understanding of digital marketing or affiliate marketing is an advantage.

• Freshers with strong communication and sales ability may also apply.
