Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and target-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth in the EdTech sector. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, developing high-performing sales teams, generating new business, and ensuring strong customer conversion and retention.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in inside sales, education counseling, B2C/B2B sales, lead conversion, team management, and achieving monthly revenue targets.

  • ead, mentor, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Executives/Education Counsellors.
  • Set individual and team-level targets and KPIs.
  • Conduct daily huddles, pipeline reviews, and regular performance evaluations.
  • Coach team members on sales pitches, objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniques.
  • Identify performance gaps and implement training and improvement plans.
  • Build a high-performance, target-driven sales culture.
