About the roleIIFLS is looking for an organised and creative Digital Marketing Executive to promote our language courses, free demo classes and webinars. You will help create and publish content, coordinate online events, and support basic SEO and lead-generation activities.

This is an execution-focused role. Trainers will provide subject expertise for webinars; you will coordinate and host or moderate the sessions.

• Key responsibilitiesPlan and promote webinars, free demo classes and course campaigns across social media, WhatsApp and email.
• Coordinate webinar schedules, registrations, joining links, reminders, attendance records and follow-up with the counselling team.
• Host or moderate webinars by welcoming participants, introducing the trainer, managing questions and handling basic technical issues.
• Create and publish social media posts, reels, stories and short videos using class clips, trainer tips, student feedback and course information.
• Prepare a simple content calendar and maintain a regular posting schedule.
• Write captions and promotional copy in clear English.
• Upload articles to the IIFLS website, format headings and images, add relevant internal links and share articles on social media.
• Support basic SEO tasks, such as checking page titles, headings, links and article formatting.
• Research relevant websites and organisations for genuine content collaborations and outreach.
• Track campaign activity, webinar registrations and attendance, and share a simple weekly report.
• Assist with occasional marketing-related office tasks and event coordination.
• RequirementsGood written and spoken English.
• Comfortable speaking with webinar participants and coordinating with trainers and counsellors.
• Interest in social media, content creation and digital marketing.
• Basic knowledge of Canva and short-video editing tools such as CapCut is preferred.
• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and WhatsApp Business is preferred.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to organise tasks and meet deadlines.
• A degree in marketing, communications, business or a related area is helpful, but not essential.
