Globina Innovative Private Limited We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented team leader to lead our collection team, monitor performance, and drive daily collection targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and team-handling skills with experience in collections or tele-calling.

📌 Position Details

Job Title: Team Leader – Tele-Collections

Work Mode: Work From Office

Experience Required: 1–3 Years

Languages Required: Kannada & Basic English

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the Tele-Collection team to achieve assigned targets.
• Allocate daily work and monitor individual and team performance.
• Track daily collection numbers, productivity, and target achievement.
• Guide team members in handling customer calls and payment-related queries professionally.
• Monitor call quality and ensure proper customer communication.
• Conduct daily team meetings and provide performance feedback.
• Identify performance gaps and take corrective actions to improve productivity.
• Train and support new team members on collection processes and company policies.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly MIS and collection reports.
• Coordinate with the manager regarding team performance, challenges, and collection status.
• Follow up on pending and overdue accounts and ensure timely customer follow-ups.
• Ensure the team follows company policies, processes, and professional collection practices.
• Handle escalated customer issues and support team members in resolving difficult cases.
• 💼 Candidate Requirements Minimum 1–3 years of experience in tele-collections, banking, financial services, recovery, tele-calling, or related fields.
• Previous team-handling or team leader experience preferred.
• Good communication skills in Kannada and basic English.
• Strong team management and leadership skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve collection targets.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/MIS reporting will be an added advantage.
