PlayOps — Part-time B2B Discovery Caller / Appointment Setter

Territory: Bengaluru / Karnataka. Work from home. Kannada and English communication required; Tamil or Hindi is a plus.

Your role: Speak with play-centre owners, understand their current front-desk process and operational problems, qualify interest, and book a 15-minute demo with our founder. The founder handles product demos, trials, pricing exceptions, onboarding and closing. Leads, training and approved calling tools are provided.

Work schedule: Four hours per day, Monday to Friday, with agreed daytime IST work blocks. Initial paid 30-day pilot, with continuation based on fit and performance.

Fixed pay: Rs 12,000 per month.

Performance incentives: Rs 250 for each unique qualified founder demo actually held. Up to Rs 1,000 per new paying venue: Rs 500 after the first cleared subscription payment and Rs 500 after 30 paid days with no refund. The platform's Rs 4,000 monthly incentive figure is an illustrative target, not guaranteed earnings. No incentive for calls, messages, bookings alone, duplicates or no-shows. Written qualification and attribution rules will be shared before joining.

Responsibilities:

- Contact assigned owners through the approved business calling process.

- Ask short discovery questions about timers, billing, memberships and parties.

- Identify the decision-maker, operational need and interest in a paid software subscription.

- Arrange founder demos, send permission-based confirmations and follow up on agreed callbacks.

- Keep accurate CRM notes and handoff details after every conversation.

- Respect opt-outs and do not promise unapproved features or discounts.

Requirements:

- At least six months of telecalling, inside sales or appointment-setting experience.

- Experience speaking with Indian small-business owners preferred; POS, billing software or business services experience is useful.

- Clear Kannada and English, good listening skills and reliable follow-up.

- Laptop, stable internet and quiet workspace.

Selection: Short phone interview, mock discovery call and a paid practical for shortlisted finalists. No application, joining or training fee. This is a discovery and appointment-setting role; you are not expected to close sales independently.
