About the Role

Portea is seeking enthusiastic, target-driven, and customer-focused Telesales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers, understanding their healthcare needs, and promoting Portea's services through effective telephonic communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable healthcare services.

• Generate leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.

• Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

• Address customer queries and provide timely resolutions.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria

Mandatory Requirements

• Proficiency in English and Hindi.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong sales aptitude and customer-centric approach.

• Basic computer knowledge. Added Advantage

• Proficiency in Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate.

• Prior experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or BPO is preferred.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

Shift & Work Schedule

• Shift Duration: 8 Hours

• Week Off: Rotational Week Off (No Fixed Weekly Off)
