Telemarketing Manager

LiveBazaar is a growing video-first e-commerce marketplace connecting customers with emerging brands and sellers. We are looking for a Vendor Onboarding Executive & Customer Support Executive who can help us onboard new sellers, maintain strong vendor relationships, and support customers throughout their shopping journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact interested vendors and explain the LiveBazaar marketplace, onboarding process, commission structure, and seller benefits.
• Follow up with vendor leads received through WhatsApp, calls, social media, advertisements, and other channels.
• Help vendors complete registration, KYC, bank details, GST details, product information, images, videos, and other required documents.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure their products are correctly listed on the LiveBazaar platform.
• Maintain regular communication with existing vendors regarding orders, product availability, shipping, returns, payouts, and platform updates.
• Follow up with vendors to ensure customer orders are packed and dispatched on time.
• Handle customer queries through WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and other support channels.
• Assist customers with order confirmation, COD verification, order status, shipping, returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds.
• Coordinate between customers, vendors, delivery partners, and the LiveBazaar team to resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain records of vendor conversations, customer complaints, onboarding status, and pending follow-ups.
• Escalate important vendor or customer issues to the management team when required.
• Provide a professional and friendly experience to both vendors and customers.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi. Kannada is an added advantage.
• Comfortable speaking with vendors and customers over phone and WhatsApp.
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce, online shopping, marketplaces, or customer service is preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with web-based dashboards, spreadsheets, WhatsApp Business, and email.
• Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple vendors and customer queries simultaneously.
• Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.
• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.

Preferred Candidate:

Candidates with previous experience in e-commerce, telesales, vendor management, customer support, marketplace operations, business development, or inside sales will be preferred.
