Job Responsibilities:*
* Handle customer calls and enquiries
* Follow up with customers and leads
* Assist customers with orders, delivery, exchange and product queries
* Maintain polite and professional communication
* Coordinate with the store and support team
* Provide a smooth customer experience
*Requirements:*
* Good communication skills
* Kannada & English preferred; Hindi is an advantage
* Basic computer/WhatsApp knowledge
