Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION – ACCOUNTANTPosition: Accountant
Industry: Food & Beverage
Location: Bengaluru
- Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle sales, purchase, expenses, receipts, and payment entries.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Reconcile bank, cash, supplier, and customer accounts.
- Assist with monthly payroll and expense verification.
- Monitor outstanding payments and receivables.
- Support GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Prepare basic MIS reports and financial statements.
- Coordinate with management, stores, and external auditors/CA for accounting requirements.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial records.
- RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting or related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the F&B/restaurant industry.
- Good knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance.
- Good attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
