Job Description
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to manage accounting, taxation, financial reporting, and compliance across our growing multi-outlet restaurant business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting, bank reconciliations, and cash flow.
- Handle GST, TDS, TCS, and other statutory compliances.
- Monitor sales collections through cash, UPI, Swiggy, Zomato, and other channels.
- Reconcile outlet-wise sales, expenses, vendor payments, and bank statements.
- Prepare monthly P&L statements, MIS reports, and financial summaries.
- Coordinate with CAs, auditors, and statutory authorities.
- Ensure accurate accounting records and timely filing of returns.
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of accounting experience, preferably in restaurants, QSRs, or retail chains.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, Excel, and accounting software.
- Ability to manage accounts across multiple outlets independently.
