Job Description

  1. Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally / accounting software.
  2. Record purchase, sales, receipt, payment, journal and expense transactions.
  3. Prepare and maintain GST invoices, purchase invoices and sales invoices.
  4. Handle GST, TDS and other statutory accounting requirements.
  5. Prepare and file GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and other applicable GST returns.
  6. Monitor customer outstanding payments and supplier outstanding balances.
  7. Assist with income-tax, GST audit, statutory audit and financial closing activities.
  8. Maintain confidentiality of financial and business information.
  9. Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks and government authorities.

To travel out side Bangalore for Accounting.
