๐ŸŽฏ Role Summary

We are looking for a highly driven Admission Manager / Senior Admissions Counsellor who will own the complete admission cycle โ€” from lead generation and qualification to counseling and enrollment closure for our online degree programs.

This is a target-driven, high-ownership role involving outbound lead generation, inbound lead handling, student counseling, and conversion.

๐Ÿ”น Lead Generation & Qualification

  • Generate leads through:
  • Outbound calling on raw data / old database
  • Referrals, reactivations, and self-sourcing
  • Contact and qualify prospective students:
  • Interest
  • Eligibility
  • Budget
  • Admission timeline
  • Do first-level pitching and need discovery
  • Maintain clean & accurate CRM data



๐Ÿ”น Counseling & Sales Closure

  • Counsel students on:
  • Online degree programs
  • University partners
  • Fees, EMI options, eligibility & career outcomes
  • Handle:
  • Inbound leads
  • Self-generated leads
  • Perform:
  • Objection handling
  • Follow-ups
  • Enrollment closure
  • Achieve weekly & monthly enrollment and revenue targets

  • Coordinate with:
  • Documentation team
  • University partners
  • Onboarding & support teams
  • Ensure:
  • Correct documentation
  • Smooth student onboarding
  • Maintain:
  • Zero-misselling standards

  • Update:
