About the Role:

Gen Proces is looking for an AI Trainer / Program Delivery Executive to conduct and manage our online AI learning programs, including workshops, internships, and 3-4 month AI courses.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of Artificial Intelligence , Generative ai and the ability to teach students in a simple, engaging, and industry-oriented manner. Candidate should be more passionate about technology, AI and should be always updating themselves with latest tools and models.

Key ResponsibilitiesConduct live online AI workshops and training sessions.

• Conduct online AI internship programs and guide students throughout the program.
• Deliver live online AI courses.
• Prepare practical demonstrations, assignments, projects, and learning activities.
• Explain AI/ML concepts and tools in a clear and practical way.
• Guide students in completing AI projects and assignments.
• Handle student questions and provide technical support during the programs.
• Monitor student participation, assignments, and project progress.
• Maintain the quality and consistency of online training sessions.
• Coordinate with the internal team regarding batch schedules and student requirements.
• Improve training content based on student feedback and industry developments.
• Assist in developing new AI training programs and workshop content when required.
• Ideal CandidateStrong practical knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Python, or related technologies.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable conducting live online sessions for groups of students.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to engineering students and beginners.
• Strong problem-solving and mentoring skills.
• Prior experience in teaching, training, mentoring, or working on AI projects is preferred.
• Passionate about technology and teaching students.
