Area Sales Executive

Position Overview BioQem Botanicals is looking for experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Executives to drive sales growth and strengthen our market presence across Bengaluru.

• Key Responsibilities Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives for the territory.
• Develop and implement effective territory sales plans and strategies.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, retailers, distributors, stockists, and other relevant customers.
• Conduct regular market visits and monitor market trends, competitor activities, and product performance.
• Ensure proper product availability and visibility across the assigned territory.
• Manage distributors/stockists and ensure timely order generation and collection.
• Ensure effective product detailing and communication of product benefits.
• Prepare regular sales reports, market feedback, and competitor updates for management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and ethical business practices.
• Candidate Profile Graduate in any discipline.
• 2–5 years of relevant sales experience in Pharma, Allopathy, Ayurveda, Herbal, Unani, Nutraceutical, or related healthcare segments.
• Candidates with strong knowledge of the Bengaluru market will be preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Strong sales orientation with the ability to achieve targets.
• Ability to work independently and manage the assigned territory effectively.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
