Store Manager – Makeover Fashions

Experience: Minimum 1 year in retail apparel as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Senior Fashion Associate.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Train and supervise staff on customer service, product knowledge, grooming, and sales techniques.
• Monitor daily sales performance and guide staff to achieve targets.
• Handle cash management, billing, sales accounts, invoices, challans, and vouchers.
• Manage stock inward/outward, inventory, barcodes, tagging, and stock indenting.
• Ensure proper visual merchandising and change mannequin displays on alternate days.
• Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to Head Office on time.
• Maintain fixed assets and coordinate with the audit team during stock verification.
• Resolve minor customer and staff-related issues at the store level.
