Job Description
Telecollection Executive
- Call Customers: Make outbound calls to remind clients about overdue or pending payments.
- Negotiate Payments:Discuss and set up workable repayment plans or settlements.
- Update Records: Log call details, promises to pay (PTP), and account statuses in the CRM software.
- Communication: Good verbal skills in Hindi and English
