Job Description

Job Purpose


To drive sales volume and revenue growth for mineral water products by developing new customer accounts, managing existing distributor/retailer relationships, and ensuring strong market presence in the assigned territory.


Key Responsibilities


  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory
  • Identify and onboard new retailers, distributors, HoReCa (hotels/restaurants/cafes) accounts, and institutional/bulk buyers
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat orders and timely payments
  • Conduct regular market visits to track stock availability, shelf placement, and competitor activity
  • Coordinate with the supply chain/logistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders
  • Collect and forward market feedback on pricing, packaging, and product quality
  • Ensure proper merchandising and branding at retail points (POS material, coolers, signage)
  • Track outstanding payments and follow up for collections within credit terms
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports (DSR) and market visit reports
  • Participate in promotional activities, product launches, and trade schemes
  • Monitor competitor pricing, schemes, and market share in the territory
