Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident freshers to join our Business Development team. The candidate will help generate new business opportunities, connect with potential clients, and support the company's growth in facility management services.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through calls, networking, and online research.
• Connect with apartment associations, builders, and potential clients.
• Explain the company's services and identify business opportunities.
• Arrange client meetings and property site visits.
• Follow up with potential clients and maintain good relationships.
• Assist in preparing proposals and quotations.
• Maintain daily sales and lead follow-up reports.

Skills Required

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in sales and business development.
• Confidence in speaking with clients.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
